// the equity market broke. your company didn't.

Your company is working.
We'll fund that.

Product traction used to be enough. Today, equity is chasing a handful of AI names — and everyone else is told to wait. ForceMultiple funds the engine that's already working: your sales & marketing. Cohort by cohort, scaling as fast as your unit economics will let it.

80% of the CAC, off your balance sheet. You keep ~91% of the long-run cohort profit ($83.60 vs. $70 self-funded) — for 1/5th the cash outlay.

// the gap

The equity market for private companies
has failed.

If your company works, you shouldn't have to wait for the AI cycle to end to fund the next cohort.

01

Equity is chasing AI. Everyone else is waiting.

Capital has rotated into a narrow set of AI names. Healthy companies outside that lane — profitable, growing, real customers — are told the round will come together "soon." It doesn't.

02

Product traction no longer gets you funded.

Strong retention, working unit economics, real revenue — the things that used to close a round — are now table stakes that get a polite pass. The bar moved. Your business didn't get worse.

03

Your S&M creates a cash trough no one funds.

Cash goes out today. Cohort revenue comes back over months. Equity wasn't designed to fund this gap — and right now, it isn't trying to.

// how it works

Here's how we help you grow.

1

We fund up to 80% of your monthly S&M.

At the start of each month, we wire our portion. You spend it on customer acquisition exactly the way you already do.

2

You fund the remaining 20%.

Skin in the game keeps incentives perfectly aligned. You decide channels, mix, and pacing — we don't.

3

We share cohort revenue until a small cap.

As that cohort pays back, we collect our portion of GM-adjusted revenue. We stop the moment we hit the agreed cap (e.g. 1.10×).

4

Everything above the cap is yours — and the next cohort scales up.

Healthy cohorts pay back many multiples; 100% of the upside above the cap flows to your P&L. As cohorts perform, your monthly facility scales with them — no renegotiation, no new round.
